Re: samsung nt901x5l BIOS password request
I've obtained that "5-space" password from your posted bios. As Mazorca suggested, press space bar 5 times and then press ENTER key.
Tried that code at a free online generator and it gives me this:
password = 1q2w3eEComment

Re: samsung nt901x5l BIOS password request
Password has a space at the end
Code:
CEE3F2AF2016FADA73A053AD08A2ACCCBB462E890104
--------------------------------------------
Password: 1q2w3eE
--------------------------------------------
1 - one ( number )
q - quebec ( lowercase )
2 - two ( number )
w - whiskey ( lowercase )
3 - three ( number )
e - echo ( lowercase )
E - ECHO ( UPPERCASE )
' '- space ( character )
--------------------------------------------
Please note that password is case-sensitive, can contain letters,
numbers, signs and spaces. Encoded for US QWERTY keyboard layouts.
Type the System or HDD password and press <Enter>.Last edited by onizzbox; 05-14-2021, 11:13 PM.Comment

by zeniusHello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...-

by CityminHi all,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

by traxformaniaHello,
I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).
But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.
I'm trying to reset my bios without success.
I tried :

by KjellAfter installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).
Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...08-01-2025, 09:15 AM -
by outsiderHello
I removed the BIOS password thanks to the help of one of the friends of this forum.

The batch from which the password was removed works correctly but... after some time, the BIOS password is set again, I reprogrammed the batch with the removed password, it's ok, there is no password, I set my password, ok, I can enter the BIOS with my password but...-
