I cannot find BIOS dump for this version of MB:
Acer A517-51 and other models
C5V01
LA-E891P Rev 1A
GPU: Intel

Can you confirm it is OK and working ?
This package contains dump file of "Acer Aspire A315-53 C5V01 LA-E891P UC3.bin" which is not present on the board

PS.: i think this package should be for revision 2A not 1A

Thank you for interesting and help.
Here are the results:
- your fixed bios makes situation like powering up to 0.50A then fall down and loops like this, so you clean ME region right ?
- I inspect situation, check original bios with reaction: stands on 0.10A power consumption
- then I try again program BIOS with extracted from official site exe file BIOS dump + cutting it, then it worked

so here is clean official version of bios, working one on this platform

Virgin BIOS with your DMI and Windows Key, it should works fine.
Serial Number is: "NXH2SEF0048360E4183400".
