    need to clean me region

    I need help please clean this file it shuts off 30minute and keep restarting

      still the same it shuts off 15min sometimes 20 to 30minutes then keep restarting and once shut down sometimes cannot turn need to rest for a minute to turn on again,this one has a dedicated graphics
