                          First of all, thank you very much for your time.

                          These notebooks have a problem with static energy, sometimes you have to leave them disconnected from the battery for several days to start.

                          About the bios: anyway, I uploaded your file twice, even with deletion, and it keeps asking for a password

                          time is expensive, I will return it to the customer

                                  thanks for the file and removing the password, but the m.2 drive is not visible now (I tried changing different options: Secure Boot, SATA Config, Intel Rapid...)

                                      unfortunately it's still the same, m.2 and SATA is not detected, I think the PCH is damaged and m.2 is not working. I tested several bios and it's always the same :/
