                        try a manual bios recovery.. To create a Dell BIOS recovery USB, download the correct BIOS update file from Dell's website, format a USB drive to FAT32, and copy the file to the root directory of the USB drive after renaming it to BIOS_IMG.rcv. Then, insert the USB into the affected computer and hold Ctrl+Esc while powering it on to initiate the recovery process.
