I have a DELL Latitude 5300 with BIOS password and I managed to read the BIOS chip named with starting letters MX which is 32MB in size and I think that this is the required chip for reading BIOS backup. Can somebody help me to clear the BIOS password please ?

The Service Tag is ending with -0001

I fixed the laptop by changing bios chip from another donor board.

I need to know the connector that can be used to read these type of Bios chips in case of future repairs.

Hello could you please help me unlock this bios - dell 5300 service tag JPH2RT2
It's the 2 chip type - a winbond 25Q64JV underneath and a winbond 25Q128JV on top.
I would also love to know how this is done, if thats possible?

That is absolutely perfect - flashed it (in circuit with a pogo pin chip clip), retagged it, took it out of manufacturing mode and currently installing Windows - cant say thanks enough dude!
Still love to know how but I'm more than happy with the results
