Guys, could someone please tell me if ITE it8528E is programmable. i already flash the bios that SMDFlea attached by using RT809F. but it is still the same. it freezes in lenovo logo and still the same it wont read my usb sticks installer. what programmer will i use for the EC.zip to flash?

you are right friend re the 5VALW. i check out this capacitor CAP1 near the USB port and it is shorted. now board is working. did not even reformat the laptop. thanks for the info friend. KUDOS!!!
