Please Help Apple macbook pro A1708 EMC 3164 efi Lock

I have a bad chip read also on my side using a CH341 programmer. Detected the chip and read successfully and I had altered $sys to FF using HXD. Saved as a new file however the flash failed. I repeated a second time and it failed once again during flash. Third time worked after flashing successfully however after resoldering the QFN to the logic board, the Mac no longer boots. I had used the compare data function on HXD to compare the 3 .BIN files and they are all different. Looking for some help is somebody could provide a healthly .BIN dump file.

so i tried it and now its EFI locked and it shows that i need to put the company code in.
But i will remove the EFI lock and do a factory reset.

the bios posted is with errors...

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

read the chip and post again..

bios was desoldered and read. Programmer detected bios and read without errors. when trying to install it writes as if macbook was deactivated. I read it again and also without errors please here is bios
