Took a look at the file and... Password section is empty. Are you 100% sure you have efi password, not some bitlocker or windows password?

its say bitllocker no password.

i have efi password on bios. its not let mew install windows.
plz help me. what should i do now.

Can you access bios or not?

If it doesn't let you access bios, it is locked bios.
If it doesn't let you USB boot, it is locked boot order.
If it doesn't let you install windows, it is bitlocker.

So which one is it? Take a picture of it.

Well, SEMM is a different story then. I have not seen it yet so I don't know how to disable that.
