Please post your request in the latitude 7300 bios password thread .There is no publicly available 8FC8 generator available,the password can only be modified if post your bios backup(s) .

your bios dump is corrupted, read again bios chipset. do it 2-3 times and compare results.

I read a while ago that in these laptops, in order to remove the password, you need to change the offsets in the BIOS from 00 FC AA to 00 FC 00
