The ME firmware can`t be fixed properly (the manual way using the guide at win-raid) because you only posted one bios backup. The E540 has a dual bios, 8MB and 4MB.To clean the ME firmware you have to merge/stitch both bios together using a hex editor first,and only then can the ME be cleaned with FITC.
Post your 4MB bios here or find a bios on the forum using the Search .

Hi guys!
I have this laptop which is turning on but has no image. I have attached the bios dump but I can't seem to find a working one. I also read a similar thread mentioning WBT.exe v314 but no instructions on how to use that.
Can you please help me with a working binary that includes the DMI info from my dump? Or kick me to the right direction to try and add the DMI section myself? I used HxD on my dump and found the serial on multiple places so I am not sure what to copy.

Hi,
I have a serious problem to program the Z590 chipset SRAM with a Management Engine after replacing the chipset.
The new chipset is factory new and is not containing any Management Engine. Any attempts to program it into the chipset under Windows ends with a failure (eg. Error 20: Management Engine Device not present, or something similar).
Due to the lack of the ME several ports on the board, including all M.2 ports aren't working, booting OS works only on USB. So it's now other way, as to program the chipset with a ME.
Usually on ASUS boards it worked... -
