A collection of XP and Vista bios updates for Packard Bell "Vintage" Laptops.
I started this collection in feb/march 2019 and never got around to posting it.The old packard bell ftp server where i got them from is offline now ftp://ftp.download.packardbell.com/NOTEBOOK/ .
These are a mix of full bios and bios/ec updates,mostly updates,not bios dumps.The original downloads had recovery CD creation software and/or recovery CD images, these are`nt included.For the ones with only bios/ec updates,you can merge the updates with your backup using a hex editor.All the *.WPH files from the originals have been extracted and edited to the correct sizes for programing/editing and renamed to *.bin
Leave feedback if you save one of these old laptops from landfill.
