im just wondering is therEa fix to the prb when flashing dumps example the dell latitude 7480 the logo take too long to appear it happen wi other pc is ther a fix ???

Clean ME Region (If Intel based). That will fix the issue!
There are countless threads on the internet about how to do it.
If you flash a dump from somewhere it is already configured to the processor from where you took the bios.
Newer cpu's will also shutdown after 30 Minutes if the ME doesn't match the current cpu.
