Post your corrupted bios file and remember to write the correct serial number ( 0_ zero , O_ orange )

Try anyone of the zip attachments, all should work as they are in original form & only asked for P/W removal or not booting up fast... One Should work.

I used a patched one and it displayed hardware id and I pressed enter and space bar a couple times and shut it off.

Can i flash it with any non patched bios now and it should work?

thx a lot, all is working now. The issue was on my side ... my soldering skills , accidentally desolder the diode close to BIOS chip, which provides the power to BIOS chip ... thx again, very much appreciate your help

Try this 16mb file. there is nothing to do with your 1mb EC.

Hi Thx a lot, but it is not working ... I flash the bios, but when I plug the PSU, the power button light up for a moment and stays dead ... not possible to power up. From time to time the cooling fan turns on for a moment and then turns off. All BIOS files do the same behavior. I have used the NeoProgrammer with Ch341a and XGecu TL866II plus ... same result. Am I doing something wrong? Hopefully, I haven't destroyed the motherboard
Or should I desolder the bios chip for programming?

I don't think you misread the bios file, maybe writing the bios file to the chip is faulty if you use the CH341A with a clamp. Or you can try cleaning the ME area of the original file.

Lenovo T470s Bios

Hi, I'm trying to update my laptop bios with a password and I don't care about data on disk.

Laptop: Lenovo T470s
Type 20JT-S0VY00
Bios: 25Q128JVSQ
Programmer: CH341APro
Software: NeoProgrammer and AsProgrammer

1. I read twice with incorrect chip configuration the Bios
2. I compared them and were equals
3. I patched with lenovo_autopatcher
4. Write patched bios
but I suppose that as I readed wrong on step 1, it will not work anymore.

After that, I look on internet for a lot of different bios versions and write them without luck.

What I'm doing wrong?
How could I recover this laptop?

Hello Sir,

The Device working well i re-flash and detect that there is small IC beside the BIOS chip removed by mistakes

after new BIOS you send it working well, i can restart and shutdown the turn on without problem

Thank you for replaying, i try this file but notworking at all the all keyboard led flickering on time then, on the original file the device working well but there is problem when i make shutdown or restart i could not turn on until i press power up to 20 second the the device working well
