I tried a lot of BIOS, only 13268-1 BIOS can be lit. I don't know how to recognize the hard disk. I need help.

The problem I'm having is i had a bad bios flash trying to unlock supervisor password on Lenovo x1 carbon 20A7 GEN 2
By mistake i deleted bios file and all the its doing it one power on light no boot no post no display nothing.
My Motherboard is
