Post the laptop serial number, and a picture of the white and green barcode stickers on the ram slot. Did you try the bios at post #2

Trying to fix keyboard issue by reflashing BIOS to latest. ASUS will not accept because the latest version is the same as on the board. Please advise.

Hi installed but not work keyboard. I uploaded one of the bin files in this topic.The keyboard no longer works and the gpu fan works 100%. I disassembled the device and saw that its model was VIK. (but model written under notebook G701-VI) External program Gpu Tweak 2-3,msi afterburner,fan control vs none of them can interfere with the GPU fan. Can anyone help with the solution?


Note: The computer works fine, Windows opens, but the keyboard does not work and the CPU-GPU fan works at 100%. CPU-GPU fan does not slow down at all.

Sorry, I sent the model number in the ram slot 2 messages ago. The model written on the bottom of the device and the model written inside are different.
