Thank you very much, is definitily not a bios Issue...Notebook is turning on but consumes only 230 mA and DRAMRST# is missing (120mV)...

make a backup copy of the original bios before writing.

Try this one, latest bios from Acer update and your DMI. There are two bios versions, ZYW.fd and ZYWD.fd. The last one appears as text inside your own bios region and that is why it was chosen.
