It might not be a bios problem. Have you tried with an external monitor, tried different memory ,another screen .

But the original bios work fine the only problem I have a password on it

Dell Inspiron 13 5378 - no BOOT - only black screen

Hi All,

I have a dell inspiron 13 5378 which wont boot.
The fan spins for few second then power go off and restart all over again.

I did a screen test, the screen is FINE.

I did flash the BIOS chip with an CH341A programmer. (I will attach)

Can somebody looc at my bios dump and maybe can find an issue there why wont boot please?

Or if somebody have a simillar BIOS that will be good also.

Now after a couple of try the DELL logo apear but stuck there.

Any Ideas?
