Do you have VCC core?? If VCC core is missing then fan also at full speed on some mb.Comment

I think bios is ok there is somewhere else is the problem,because sometimes it shows display once and then it will not and fan at full speed vcc core is missing and U16 pin 2 and 6 of transistor has no voltage standby but if i turn on voltage is present anyone please help guide this pleaseComment

I am referring with only the schematics of the Acer Aspire E5-473. If you do not have the PU1201 chip, you should not have the PL1203 coil either.Comment

update: if i rest overnight when i try to turn on display comes on but when i shut down now it blinks and then fans spins at full speed but there is no display. tried already mild reflow on cpu but still same issueComment
