the problem is not in the bios at first i thought it was on the bios but when i removed the battery it turns on and boots fine, but when i plugged in back the battery charging light sign present but when i pressed power button lights goes a second goes off even with battery only plugged in cannot turn on, when charger only plugged in turns on and boots fine.anyone please help need advise

Hi. I can't upgrade to win11 I think it's because my BIOS is without Secure Boot function. The BIOS version is R0180Z9. Can you please advise if it is possible to upgrade BIOS to UEFI for this laptop. Many thanks.... -

Board info: M960_MP_MB 8layer MBX-224 REV:1.1
Laptop wasn't coming on initially, checked and saw the voltages were present, cleaned the board, but now it comes after many tries of pressing the power button, but won't display or POST
