hi
please patch x260 password
i tried patching, but it gives no display, only 2 sets of 5 beeps
Remove all battery and CMOS battery
Step 1: to enter setup: password 1234
Step 2: wait 20sec or more.
Step 3: Enter any KEY to hardware Id.
Step 4: Press 2x space bar when asked.
Step 5: Turn off the computer.
Step 6: Restore your original bios.
It worked beautifully! Thank you so much for your help.
I have a question though... I had tried to patch it on my own and it was failing at boot with a melody-like sound and black screen.
I replaced the LenovoServices and BootOption "as is" and saved the bin file... What was I missing? I was reading on this tread something about ME Cleaner. Was I supposed to use that too?
I am attaching my patched (NON WORKING) version, would you mind taking a look and give me some advise?

Hi guys, could somebody help me out "patching" my L560 bios file? I've been busy programming the kbc, but it turns out Lenovo is a bitch and after several attempts I'm still stuck with a password.
Thanks!!
