I tried to build new dump using exe file from dell website and also clean ME without success (LAPTOP WORKS WITHOUT DATA ON SCREEN), i attached new bios built with FIT to have your advice if any

Good Day/Evening SIR HOACA388.

I have this problem to my unit which is taking 30sec to boot up.
I already replaced the bios CHIP but it still have the same issue.
I found a good bios in this section which fix/removes the 30sec boot up but sad to say sometime it automatically shut down and unable to install the R7 graphics.

when I watch videos on youtube, I found a video which is he got his unit fixed by ''BIOS CLEAN ME''.

I dropped my back up bios which has the 30sec boot up. Hopefully if someone got a spare time clean my BIOS ME. Thank you in advance. Godbless us all.

Sir. thank you so much! my problem is now fixed, now the display appears after 3-5 sec after i push the power button and dix the r7 driver issue. thank you so much sir! ill never forget this, wish i can pay you soon if my small business grew. thank you so much again sir! may god bless you always.
