some help with this bios please, la-a901p uc2

hi all

i have this bios for some reason this gets stuck on dell logo, i have included here the bios i have researched here the same bios and i tried some of them but this board has only the bios chip and not the ec chip uc3, i have similar board which seems to have both chips, but this one is designed only with uc2 chip

anyone can make this go past the dell logo plese

hi there, thanks for your help, i just tried and is still same thing, power button doesn't turn it off, also if want to press f2 or f12 also it doesn't work, image included

hi lapfix i just tried and still same result doesn't go past the dell logo screen, unfortunately i also don't have the service tag because someone has also ripped that off from the back cover so i don't have the tag

Error when trying to clean Dell E5450 ME region

Howdy from Texas. Got a Dell E5450 LA-A901P who turns on when it wants to, and does not recognize original battery, nor another replacement battery. Also will not recognize original Dell chargers, always says connected, not charging. It turns off randomly, sometimes a few seconds, sometimes few minutes. I did not see the fan spinning at all when it is on. Im trying to clean the ME region, but ME Analyzer throws warning:
Detected incomplete firmware size 0x800000, expected 0xC00000!

Warning: Firmware size exceeds Engine region, possible data loss!
FIT tool also will not open bin file. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
