Lenovo E430 Bios

Need Bios File For Lenovo E430 3rd Generation.

Problem: Can't change bios options in the BIOS Menu.
Can't change Date and Time too.

Please Help.

This 8mb BIOS is for 3rd generation lenovo E430 which i appropriate for me.
but for me works as same as before.

i think i need the another 4mb bios which stors the passwords. if you have please help.

the password is stored in U8 EEPROM i have the file but do not know how to post it
