need bios dv7 i7cpu

Hi to all .
I need bios for this dv7 that have 2 chip main and ec.
This machine turn on 1 sec and shoot down immediately.
Have 19v 3.3-5valwp ok. reflowed ati chip .
One chip of bios have 3.3v on it and the other chip not have voltage on all pins.
I need this dump.
Any idea please

Hi
Quick test to see if bios is working or not. First when plugging in adapter does the socket light up? Nexted plug external keyboard or mouse caps light up or mouse light? check Rsmrst 3.3V & S5 3.3V on kbc chip. if yes to these tips your bios is fine if NO replace bios firmware or EC .

thanks for reply.
when i plug the adapter, light on jack stay white , on coils i have 3,3-5v ok.
I plugged external mouse and not have light on it , no 5v on usb port.
i repeat only 1sec power up i see the power button light only 1 sec.
RSMRST i can t find it without schematic
Mainboard is DA0LX6MB6F2 rev. F
any help please

it seems like a short on low voltage rail........send full model of laptop

I flashed bios ec and main , but does not turn on at all now, only charging light.flashed again with original dumps but not power up now.
tomorrow i will send model name
if is short on low voltage rail i can inject power on this rail to see what is shorted ???

maybe someone else may share dump, but i dont think its bios problem

Hi gcomputer,

you fix the problem? I have 2 computers with the same failure. dv6 and dv7. Power on and power off in 2 seconds (black screen)

I saw in another thread that failure can be the switch, (component c1), I haven't the laptop here now, I'll look if my model have that component tomorrow.

dv7 have a small crystal circuit before coil of ram , reball it or just reflow . dv6 maybe have one mosfet burned you can chech it with power on and you see its shorted all pins with ground (i dont remember the number of it) near fan connector.
