For those old machines, you can use bios from manufacter, they work if the problem is bios related.
But, i'm pretty sure that your problem is GPU, a disease from those series.

Thanks for reply.I check all voltage.its ok: 5v and 3v.ec voltage also ok: vcc and vstby equal 3v.on power button i check 3v.but no power and no charge with batt.i think i must reflash bios(spi)with programmer.thats why i need dump.can i flash it with manufactur update.any idea please.
