Hi guys, I's searching the insyde bios file F1C to reflash my HP Pavilion dv6 notebook PC (core i7-2670QM)-Motherboard part number 665342-001, that has a PCT25VF032B 80-4I chip with 32mbit serial flash with SPI bus.
This machine does not run on POST, and I'm planning to reflash, I have not even thought form. USB not detected as a boot device, so surely I will change the chip with the new bios flashed via bus or G540 . Regards.Comment

I have managed to put together a bin file using an update part from a SVE1512C6EW dump and the base part from my original, corrupted, dump file. With it, I can access setup and I was able to boot the laptop from a Windows SATA drive. I don't seem to be able to boot from USB, but that may be a different problem. Dear all,
Bought this used Dell laptop PP24L(studio 1435) in Jan 2022. It was running smooth on 64 bit Windows 7 pro from processor Intel core Duo T6400@2Ghz with 2GB RAM. The laptop battery was charging and working fine until few months back the opening screen will display something like "replacing the battery warning", press F1 to continue. Normally i press F1, the laptop will proceed to Windows and i can use as normal.

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
