Toshiba SPM30 - G5B001037000-A Bios?

Got this toshiba here that I need to locate the bios chip. I have looked high and low but I cant find the bios chip. Anyone has a schematics for this board?

Full-time computer repair tech (10am - 6pm) and full-time, (8am - 11pm), Ruby on Rails Developer

Hi speedypro,
Look for U4 chip (it should have 29F040 or SST39VF040 marking), PLCC package.
