    Bios insert motherboard info

In the new generations of laptops, especially with windows 8, manufacturers no longer provide a .bin or .rom file to do a bios update.
This creates a big problem when you have to reprogram the bios with a programmer. If someone gives us a dump of the bios, this will not contain a motherboard info, like mac address, serial, etc. and in some cases impossible to do an update through windows, as the bios is not fully recognized. With some hp, until 2012, I use a tool but with other brands or with Insyde bios I have not found the solution.
can someone tell me a site or a procedure or a tool for integrating the downloaded update from the manufacturer and the corrupt bios, the bios or dumped.
    thanks

I read the link (not all yet) but seem that "UBU work with the BIOS of mobile devices are not available" .
          I try this http://donovan6000.blogspot.it/search/label/programs and http://donovan6000.blogspot.it/2013/...g-started.html
Seem that in the future the manufacturers should change the bios as a small OS with a browser inside.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified...ware_Interface

              Update bios EFCN58WW to EFCN59WW

Update bios EFCN58WW to EFCN59WW for solving The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter

              I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15imh05a device that I bought used online. It came with a 20V 8.5A 170W charger.

              The BIOS version is EFCN58WW.

When I turn on the device, it displays the message:
"The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter..."

The device rarely charges the battery, and even when it does, it doesn't show that it's charging.

              I've tried

Guide to transplant MEC1503 EC chip and EEPROM reprogamming for T14s gen 2 and X13 gen 2
              by acedogblast
This is a guide that I am writing for helping others to replace their MEC1503 EC chip if it breaks (or to get around an inconvenient prompt to the BIOS). This forum has been extremely helpful to me so I would like to contribute to help others. I will tell you right now that this task is very difficult to do. You MUST have experience and tools to do precision micro-soldering, BGA reballing, trace repair, and general laptop repair skills.

There are some specialty tools needed to do this task. The replacement MEC1503 chips can be acquired from Aliexpress. Do not buy the bare chips as...

HP Pavilion 15 bc400ns - Complete Black Screen - Only video on live usb
              by iZakre
              Hello everybody!

To put you in context I recently replaced the battery from my HP Pavilion 15 bc400ns with a used one, everything was going good. The same day, I decided to update the BIOS, everything went good. The thing occurred after I let the battery drain iddling on Windows 11 for the second time to calibrate it that the screen did not turn on again, the computer was on but the screen did not turn, like it would not wake from hibernation. I decided to restart the computer but got no video.

The thing is that I had installed TeamViewer and could log into the computer...

BIOS update wont complete - Dell Latitude 7420
              by Julian Bailey
              Hi all

Anyone come across this issue where a BIOS flash will only part complete?

It will update the system BIOS and Primary EC BIOS fine but fails to update the Intel TBT Retimer, Intel TBT Retimer 2 and ME Firmware.

NVMe m.2 drive isnt detected in the BIOS, but you can get into the BIOS fine and it all works in there as intended.

The drive works fine in another laptop.

Link to a video I made of what its doing here:

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

              Cheers...
