I replaced the SIO chip. still the same problem.

I found spots clrp1, clrp2 beneath the ram.
I tried to short both the pads, still the password remains.
I replaced the main bios, ec bios, ene.
Nothing worked to my surprise.
Any body working on this reply me.

which ene chip you replaced if 9012qf need to program if kb930 than there is ec chip need to program .

There is only one way to remove password. Flash The kbc ENE9012QF-A3 . No other method will work. You need Svod,TR902F or similar programmer to do it.
