    Need help with Thinkpad T14s Gen4 21F9 SVP

    BIOS is SVP locked
    Motherboard NM-F221 REV 1.0
    Nuvoton NPCX997KAABX
    Is there a more budgety programmer that works well, and would I have to desolder the EC?
    Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
