Sony VPCE range Board MBX-223 issues

Hi folks I have a spillage damaged MBX-223 i3 CPU here initially was dead /no power. The bios pins and pad were damaged swapped bios from same model scrap board and repaired traces. Unit now powers up with no Video it only draws max 1/2Amp on the bench supply.
The GFX core was 0v so after checking around the regulator (PU25) and replacing pr127 and also Pu25 Im now getting 0.88v- 0.90v on coil PL19 (GFXCORE) . The screen continues to stay black on draw 1/2a and after a minute or so fan spins very fast also it will not switch of using powerbutton but will switch on?.

Any ideas would be great

hi friend I need bios or programmed bios .. I didnt save old bios which is didn charge battery .. nor I have bios , no charge problem but after 40 minute shut down ..
