Dell Latitude 7400 2-in-1 bios with absolute persistence lock

Dell Latitude 7400 2-in-1 bios with absolute persistence lock, Service Tag: HRPJN53
Can someone please assist with this please. I've provided two dump files using Xgeco T48, one is the read and default saved and other is the Flash saved option, they're labeled according.
    Thank You.

            This worked perfectly.
On initial boot it restarted several times which is normal, then it booted straight to bios setup and i permanently disabled Absolute Persistence.
i then reloaded Windows and everything seems to be working perfectly, I'm actually responding to you from the same laptop.

Question #1: I have 6 more of these laptops coming in with the same issue, can I use this same bios file you provided to fix those as well?
Question #2 Can you direct me to some information or software so that i can learn do these modifications myself?

Anyways i really appreciate the help and the prompt responses.

remove cmos battery and let it run for 2-3 minutes if you sure your chipset is proper soldered.

put back original bios, if laptop is not working it means you did a bad backup to your bios.

Yes I assumed this was the issue and now I've overwritten the original, what can I do now to resolve this issue? I've tried writing back the original and experiencing the same issue. How can I get back a good bios for this unit now?
