Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 4(Intel) Password Removal

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen(intel) that has an supervosr password set, and I need some help removing it. I have a programmer and have read and re-written BIOS chips before, but am not finding any info on how to do this on a T14 Gen 4. Here are the details:
    Thinkpad T14 Gen(intel)
    Model: 21HES40C00
    S/N: PF4HMJJMX

I can upload the BIOS file as well, but not sure which chip it is, I will post pictures for reference, guessing it is one of these two:
    winbond 25Q512JVEN
    GigaDevice 25B128ESIG

I'm afraid the password for this model is not in the bios but in the I/O.
