I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen(intel) that has an supervosr password set, and I need some help removing it. I have a programmer and have read and re-written BIOS chips before, but am not finding any info on how to do this on a T14 Gen 4. Here are the details:

I can upload the BIOS file as well, but not sure which chip it is, I will post pictures for reference, guessing it is one of these two:
