Hi! Could you please send me the BIOS dump (U2501) for Dell Precision 3591? If the MX77U51250F chip cannot be read, you can select the MX25U51245G from your programmer’s list as a similar alternative, as it’s supported by most programmers. I'd appreciate your response!

Unfortunately, my old BIOS was completely corrupted during a failed bios update. The BIOS flash is almost entirely empty (MX77U51250F U2501). I need a new bios dump from another Precision 3591 with clean me. Please help me.

              P.S.
My ME Analyzer doesn't detect the ME region in this dump (in post #1). Could you suggest any tools I can use to clean the ME region? I haven't worked with Intel's Core Ultra series before.
              --------
I realized that the dump has CSME version 18.x, but ME Analyzer only supports versions up to 15-16, which is why it was giving an error. I used this ME Analyzer: https://github.com/dwell13/Latest-Me...r-By-TechNoDev. Could you please suggest where I can find FIT version 18?

I found MFIT version 18.x, and from the BIOS update on the official Dell website, I extracted the ME region and BIOS region. I performed the "cleaning" of the ME region the same way as for previous CSME versions (as described in the instructions on Win-Raid), but unfortunately, I couldn't find any guides specifically for CSME 18. I managed to create a new BIOS dump with a clean ME (using the dump from the first post, and also replacing the BIOS region in it). As a result, the laptop tries to turn on several times, but unfortunately, it doesn't display any image.

Could I have selected the wrong BIOS region? In the folder unpacked via Dell_PFS_Extract, there are two versions: the first with date codes "0CB9,0CBA,0CBB" and the second with date code "0CBC". When choosing, I relied on the ME region version: the "0CB9,0CBA,0CBB" has version 18.x (that's why I chose it), and "0CBC" has 16.x. But if the CSME versions were the same, how can I figure out which one I need? I've often seen three or even four versions in one folder. How can I figure out which version we need?

I'm attaching screenshots, the dump I ended up with, and the program I used.

Go to dell support and enter the service tag, view the product specs on the right hand side (attached the configuration spreadsheet). The CPU is a Core Ultra 7 155H , Meteor Lake. The "0CB9,0CBA,0CBB" versions aren`t date codes they are SKU`s. There are for Meteor Lake (ME 18) .The 0CBC is for Raptor Lake (ME 16).

So, the bios update we need is 2 Arches15Mtl_QS_64 v -- 1 System BIOS with BiosGuard v1.16.2.bin . Check the configuration of the bios at post #1 ,enter the service tag and check the CPU, if it`s Metoer lake we can work with that bios.
MEAnalyzer can`t check the ME version as you pointed out but UEFITool will say which version it is.

Hello! Thank you again for your helpful guidance—it's been really valuable as I work through this. Out of curiosity and to better understand the process, could you kindly share how you determined that the SKUs "0CB9,0CBA,0CBB" align with Meteor Lake (ME 18), while "0CBC" corresponds to Raptor Lake (ME 16)? Is this from the PFS extract metadata, Dell documentation, or another source? I'd greatly appreciate any insights you can provide—it's helping me learn a lot!

I work at a recycling firm, and we occasionally get these laptops as scrapped electronics for refurbishing or recycling. It wouldn't feel right to reach out to Dell for support on something that's already off their books like that.

Quick update—I managed to clean the ME region in the BIOS dump from the first post! Using MFIT 18 and the ME region from the BIOS update (extracted via Dell PFS Extract), I finally got it working. The laptop boots up and runs great now. Unfortunately, the "Absolute" option is still enabled in the BIOS, but there's no blocking behavior at all (I installed Windows 11 on an NVMe SSD and used it for a while without issues). I think it's because I entered my own serial number, or maybe the lock doesn't kick in right away?

One more thing I noticed: different versions of the Dell PFS Extractor unpack files differently. When I extracted the same BIOS update using Dell PFS Update Extractor v6.0_a16 vs. Dell PFS BIOS Extractor v4.6, I got two different "System BIOS with BiosGuard" files (compared them in a hex editor). Why does that happen? Any insights would be awesome!

Thanks again for all the help—super grateful!

you got 2 system bios because are 2 platforms for this laptop: ArchesMlk15Rpl and Arches15Mtl_QS. I am using platomav's BiosUtilities to extract modules from bios updates and it separates in 2 folders for each specific platform. Dell PFS extractor extract all modules in 1 folder.
try this file to solve Absolute
