Using the serial number, I downloaded the BIOS firmware from Lenovo's official website. Unfortunately, it only included part of the BIOS (the update) without the ME region (I obtained it separately from WinRAID). I managed to assemble the BIOS by taking the original backup dump + the update from Lenovo's website, cleaning the ME region in it (replaced it with corporate H), and the laptop started to power on, but unfortunately, there's still no display. I suspect the issue lies elsewhere (the resistance on the power choke of the hub is very low). I'm almost certain that the dumps I assembled should... -
Hello. I need help with a BIOS dump for a Lenovo ThinkPad P72. After a failed automatic BIOS update (UEFI capsule firmware update), the laptop turns on and off several times, and then the fans spin at full speed. No image appears on the screen. After reading the dump, I saw a version 12.0.xxxx Consumer H ME region, although I'm almost certain it should be Corporate H. I tried to build the dump myself, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful.
