Dell 7420 wwan port disabled

Hi everyone,
I have two Dell 7420s with the WWAN port disabled, probably due to a BIOS lock.
I tried installing two different cards in both PCs, but neither of them detects it in the peripherals. I've reset the BIOS and tried everything possible, but the problem persists.
The same cards on other PCs I've tested work perfectly. Do you know if there's a way to enable it, perhaps directly from the BIOS chip I read about?

the service tag of this Pc that I attached the bios read is: 49BS2D3 version 1.41.1

Of second similar Pc is: 3Y393D3 version 1.42.0
