    BIOS for NEC PC-N1375FAM please

    Hi folks,
    Good morning/evening,

I have a NEC PC-N1375FAM, who's Super IO chip has to be changed.
If i am right, if we change the Super IO chip, the BIOS has to be cleaned of ME. Right?

I have attached the BIOS. Could someone help me clean it please......

I am in the process of learning how to clean ME. Soon i will be able to help others in this community.

    Make NEC
    Model PC-N1375FAM
    SN 2Z01937FM
    MB Markings KN320/KN321/KN322
    NM-E921 REV 1.0

    Intel Core i7
    Intel Iris Graphics

    Love you all buds,

No, the ME firmware does not need cleaning. If the new chip is blank it might program itself at first boot (some do,some don`t) , if it doesn`t flash the attached EC, extracted from your bios.

      Yeah, you are right bud.
Chip arrived yesterday and i just soldered it and it worked without an issue.
I didn't have to do anything.

Perhaps some chips needs programming. But not in this case.

      Thanks a million.
