Jumper EZBook x7 bios

Hello everybody

I have a Jumper EZBook x7 with no picture, caps lock no working. The laptop starts, the CPU gets warm, after a while the fan starts spinning but nothing on the screen. Current consumption is stable, about 1 amp. I can't see any short on the motherboard (CPU resistance very low but mosfets seem OK).
I suspect a bios issue (or a problem with the onboard RAM), but can' find any bios for this model. I already try to clean the ME Region, but without any success. If someone has this laptop, can he please share the bios? Please find attached the dump of my original bios.
