AceMagic AX16PRO bios

I have an AceMagic AX16PRO that the BIOS password is unknown.
Serial is A04020111202405150665.
Hoping someone can help me to recover or remove the password.
I have tried all suggestions I can find.

To try to help you, we need you to make a backup of the BIOS as it is currently, from that we will find a way to help.
