    ACER EX215-31-C755

    Hello everyone, I have a problem with an ACER EX215-31-C755. It turned on without any image. I decided to download the BIOS from the Acer website and edit it so that it would work. I reprogrammed it with the new BIOS and now the PC turns on and works, but it has no network card and does not detect the Wi-Fi card. I looked for the serial number in the BIOS and I can't find the corresponding block. This is a Insyde H20 Bios.

    I have attached the two bios the original without image and the workig bios without network
    Can someone help to solve this or give some gidance to solve it.

              Hi.
              Computer now have serila number and model, but Wi-fi and lan dont have, I have tried with a new WI-FI but dont detect too.
              I think this maybe related with firmware ID or lac of DMI information.

                  Has anyone had a problem like this, after recording the bios and being left without a physical network card and without Wi-Fi?

                      Hi,

                      My daughter has accidentally managed to kill her Acer gaming desktop it has a blank screen after updating and when you press the power button the fans spin, light comes on and it makes 1 long and 1 short beep and no attempt to boot.

                      All basic troubleshooting has been done we replaced CPU, GPU and RAM from a working machine and no joy, I also noticed a post on here with the same issue and it was the BIOS.
