    BIOS for HP ZBook Power 16 G11 (DA0XW8MBCG0 rev.G)

    Hi,

I suspect corrupted BIOS. Could someone help me extract the BIOS from the HP website. I have already extracted the .bin from the executable, but it's way bigger than 32MB. I tried UEFITool, but the .bin from HP does not open properly.

My corrupted BIOS attached. MEAnalyzer does not open neither my file nor the HP one...

If there is a guide how to do it, please share as well.

    Many thanks!

SMDFlea I don't have the entire laptop, just motherboard, heatsink, fans and RAM sticks. Bought it as faulty. Serial number from the BIOS dump is 5CD4441MDN but not sure if this is original BIOS. Also, HP website says it cannot find the device based on this number alone.

But I was able to find the laptop using serial number from a photo in this review. My board is identical, including model and manuf. date.

The board itself has no shorts, 3.3V and 5V present. 1.8V on the BIOS chip appears for a moment like it's trying to start and then disappears. Power LED blinking 12 times.
