    HP Omen 17-cb0140ng (I7 9 Gen, RTX 6GB, LA-H462P) BIOS

    Hello,
I have an issue with this laptop. The original BIOS was already overwritten and was not saved before, so I don't have a dump or know which BIOS has to be flashed on this Device. In the HP image for this model, there are four different Versions:

With two of those (08600, don't know without testing which is the second) the Laptop turns on, but no Display (also not on HDMI) and also no capslock (except if i remove the RAM Module, it blinks 3 times). Power Consumption is around 60W (Powersupply measured at the socket). With the other two, it turns on and Capslock blinks 5 long and 3 short, it also only consumes around 30W.

Can anyone tell me which of those BIOS is right? And what Data has to be added to the BIOS?

if you don't have the original bios you can just try them one by one...if it doesn't work either you write the bios with errors.. or the laptop has another problem..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

Due to a lack of donations, server free space at a critical level, and possible closure of Bios Requests all donations are welcome, click:

There is no way to find out, which could belong to the Laptop? The thing is, it's hard to search for the problem of the laptop, if there a different results with different BIOS (either 5+3 blinks, or no blinks).

I don't have e clip, they never worked for me. I flashed with wires and also flashed the unsoldered chip.

            🛠️ MSI GP75 Leopard MS-17E71 – No Display, Deep BIOS/EC Troubleshooting
            by macabook
            Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
            🧩 Initial Issue
            • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
            • External display (HDMI) shows
            ...

HP OMEN 17-an012nf BIOS dump with EC (DAG3BAMBAF0 REV : F)
            by MDSI
            Hello,

I'm requesting a full BIOS dump (including EC firmware) for an HP OMEN 17-an012nf laptop.

            Details:
            Model : HP OMEN 17-an012nf
            Motherboard Part Number : DAG3BAMBAF0 REV : F
            Serial Number (S/N) : 5CD7280D51
            BIOS chip : Winbond W25Q64VSIQ
            Programmer : EZP2023+
Issue : The motherboard is not powering on. Only the 5V rail is present. The 3.3V rail is missing because EN1 on the SY8286B remains stuck at 0V. This signal is driven directly by the EC/SIO. I replaced the 3.3V regulator and confirmed it's working.

            I already...
