Microsoft surface pro 7, intel precise touch device error 10

I have 50 surface pro 7's. This is for my company that I am in charge of fixing. So many units are not working, meaning the touch isn't with new screen. I get the error precise touch device error 10 in device manager. I flash bios, tried updated drivers but to no avail...Is this a bios issue?

Before the bios method, you need to check if there is any damage to the touch socket. When removing or installing the touch flex, the socket itself or the surrounding circuit elements may be damaged. Also, the touch card of the pro 7 is similar to the card of other pro series but not the same. Use only original pro 7 touch cards.

Yes we did that and all the hardware stuff. We only have the 7 and 7+ right now so touch board is something I can rule out as well. I thank you for helping though as I will check components around touch connector.

and to bios cracker I will get you a dump on Monday.

        Thanks both of you.
