Yes we did that and all the hardware stuff. We only have the 7 and 7+ right now so touch board is something I can rule out as well. I thank you for helping though as I will check components around touch connector.
and to bios cracker I will get you a dump on Monday.

Microsoft surface pro 7, intel precise touch device error 10
I have 50 surface pro 7's. This is for my company that I am in charge of fixing. So many units are not working, meaning the touch isn't with new screen. I get the error precise touch device error 10 in device manager. I flash bios, tried updated drivers but to no avail...Is this a bios issue? -

So I have unlocked Chromebooks, once the computer is on you have to power wash first then go through steps. I used to Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r . This will put the computer into power wash. Sometimes it doesn't work so you have to do escape + refresh button and power at same time and go through those steps. Then it will allow the power wash with above buttons, but make sure you power wash first then try to enter and put in your user ID. At least this is what worked for me.Leave a comment:
