Acer Aspire 5735Z bios needed

Im looking for any bios version different from 1.08 that can be found on Acer's support site. I have this laptop that fires up only ones after I remove the battery bios. If I put it back, starts ones but after shutdown is dead again and needs to have the battery removed. Else, is working quite flawlessly.
I think the bios writes something in a registry and that's why it wont start again.

In the end, if i wont find a working bios I will leave the battery out.

The board is a CP2-Intel MB, 48.4k801.011.

Only bios released is 108 version for this model and the 5735 also is the same..i could give you a full clean 108 if you like ? your problem sounds more like a battery problem ..have you tried a new oem battery because the cheap none oem could cause the bios to become corrupted or bad fet on the battery side also.

Thanks but already received from someone another 108 but with the same result. I changed and used another battery but nothing changed. I measured both of them and they have almost 3v which should be enough.
