HELP Dell Precision 3480 Bios Password with absolute enabled

Good Day Everyone please help! I have Dell precision 3480 13th gen with Bios password and absolute enable. I already tried 8FC8 Patcher it works but the absolute still cannot be disabled

Here is my Orig bios file with Bios password and Absolute Enabled

Board: IDB40 LA-M402P
Service Tag : HFZW724

did you replaced bios region or something else? could you explain pleaseeee, i want to learn it

I’m repairing a Dell Precision 3591 with board number 223092-1.
I need a full BIOS dump (W25Q16 and W25Q512 if available), clean and bootable.
The original chips could not back it up as i used 3,3v instead of 1.8v programmer which ,killed the chip
bought new empty chip
the reason was to remove the bios password
Any working dump (from working unit) will help
is there anyway to rebuild one from scratch?

The bios chip got damaged before i backup the dump file like i mentioned obove

hi , thank you really , Now the laptop charges and powers on for 3 seconds, then shuts off
Is this dump from a working Precision 3591 with board 223092-1?
as 3591 has diffrent motherboards types
