The CPU it's Ryzen and videocard RTX , still no solution. They are fine, just somehow the bios are not okay and laptop doesn't start

Customer self-updated bios and logo flashing error when booting but can use Windows normally.
if anyone needs error image i can send.
tried to flash bios from publisher but still same
original bios:

post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..
