So bios is not the cause.

Maybe a corrupt EC. Check all the pins around the EC chip for dirt, corrosion https://www.badcaps.net/filedata/fet...2&d=1714139372

Is there anyway to fix the ec without external programmer? I can turn on the laptop and work with it, i don't know if there is anyway to do that because i dont have a programmer for that saddly

Some EC chips on Asus boards will flash themselves from the EC code in the bios if a blank chip is soldered .Not sure if it will or not with this model, and it might not be the EC chip at fault, that`s for you to diagnose.
